Char is an E-RYT 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has completed her Reiki I, II, III training with David Kaley. She has further training in Yin I & II, Hot Power Fusion, Restorative and Chair Yoga from Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center, as well as a Children’s Yoga certification. She is a Level 1 & Level 2 EMYoga Teacher and has completed advanced studies with Lauren Walker.
