Judy completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012. She is a Reiki Level III Practitioner. Judy studied the chakras with Anodea Judith in 2003 and trained with Seane Corn at Omega, Kripalu and South Dakota for a Native American Immersion.
