Caroline is trained in Hatha Yoga and Energy Medicine Yoga. Caroline’s influences are shaped by her thirty-year personal Yoga practice and deep dive into the mechanics of consciousness including living as a Monk at the Synchronicity Sanctuary in VA for eleven years. She is a certified EMYoga Master Teacher.
