Pat is an E-RYT 200-hour yoga teacher and RCYT since 2001. She has completed The Health Advantage Yoga Center Teacher Training Program with Betsey Downing and Doug Keller, Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Paul Grilley & Sarah Powers as well as the Energy Medicine Yoga Level 1 & 2 with Lauren Walker.
