Theresa is an EMYoga Master Teacher, 500 hour RYT, and IIN certified Integrative Health Coach. She has been studying energy medicine for many years and has completed trainings in Reiki and the TARA Approach as well as other modalities. She deeply believes in and loves to teach the connection between our breath, our bodies, our energies, and our beautiful planet.
