Helping Others Heal Starts Here

Description:

Tune into the newest episode of our Energy Works Podcast, where science meets spirit to help you heal, energize, and thrive.

What if you want to help people heal, but you don't want to become a yoga teacher or therapist?

In this episode, Lauren Walker and Blaine Wilkes introduce their new Energy to Heal Facilitator Training, a five-day immersive workshop at Omega this October for people who want to bring simple, body-based healing practices into their communities.

Based on Lauren's book The Energy to Heal, the training teaches a clear, step-by-step process that participants first experience themselves before learning how to safely facilitate it for others. Throughout the conversation, Lauren and Blaine explain how Energy Medicine Yoga can help support stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and trauma healing while emphasizing the importance of working within an ethical scope of practice and recognizing when someone needs specialized trauma support.

They also share what participants can expect from the training, including a complimentary one-year license to teach The Energy to Heal workshops, future certification opportunities, and why they're intentionally keeping this first training small to provide personalized guidance and hands-on support.

Whether you're a yoga teacher, coach, healthcare professional, wellness practitioner, or simply someone who wants practical tools to support others, this episode offers an inside look at a new pathway for bringing healing into your community.

I liked the message behind this post because helping someone through a difficult time often starts with simply being present and listening. You do not always need to have the perfect answer or know exactly what to say. Sometimes giving someone a little patience and understanding can mean more than trying to fix everything for them.

I also liked the idea that supporting others starts with looking at ourselves first. If we are constantly exhausted or overwhelmed, it can be harder to be there for the people around us. Finding a healthy balance matters in everyday life, especially for students who are dealing with classes, deadlines, and other responsibilities. When coursework becomes difficult to keep up with, Do My Assignment…

Starting a new week in fnf can feel like stepping into another small musical adventure. The increasing complexity of note charts keeps players actively involved throughout a performance. Even with its straightforward controls, the game can produce tense moments when a health bar is under pressure and only accurate inputs can turn the battle around.
