What the Change of Seasons Does to Your Digestion
Description:
Tune into the newest episode of our Energy Works Podcast, where science meets spirit to help you heal, energize, and thrive.
What if the change of seasons affects your digestion more than you realize?
As summer shifts toward fall, your energy and digestion may start responding to the transition, even before you notice anything feels different.
In Five Element theory, this time of year is connected to the Earth element, digestion, and our ability to feel grounded during change.
In this episode, Blaine shares why seasonal transitions can affect digestion, what you can do to support yours as we move toward fall, and two simple foods that are especially helpful this time of year.
She also gives you a 21-day challenge to try it for yourself and see what you notice.
Because you don’t have to wait until your digestion feels off to start supporting it.

I never connected seasonal changes to digestion until now. The part about warming foods over cold ones makes sense for fall. I found the colony flow idea helpful too.
